WTS is a comprehensive software program for managing welding and non-destructive examination (NDE) data generated during fabrication of engineered piping systems. It is a project oriented program designed to provide assurances that all welding and NDE performed on piping lines conform to project specifications. WTS is pre-loaded with Welder and Inspector qualifications, Drawing Lists, Project Specifications. * The software will provide you all data related to Welders Performance such as
A- WTS recognizes welding processes and NDE to be employed are dependent upon pipe size (diameter and wall thickness and material).
B- Provide you with welder's welding inches , joints and Repair rate ( monthly , weekly and daily )o
C- NDE tables are created where the percentage of welds that have been examined and accepted are automatically accepted
D-WTS provide you with repair rate % and NDT required per each welder and give status if NDT covered or not
E-Calculate the repair % per each welder ( weekly, monthly and periodically )
F-Repair rate as ( Per each diameter , WPS , material and welding process. )
G-Provide chart showing the performance and type of defect per welders and its percentage
H-Alarm you if the welder welded joint out of his qualification limits ( Diameter ,thickness ,Electrode and material )
I- Provide repairs and it's type to investigate the reason for repair to take the corrective action required
